here will be two distances to choose from and the idea is to use anything you need to push and pull yourself round the course. Allow your imagination to run wild. From flying solo, to a team with multiple participants use and do anything you need to complete the course. The most important aspect of the event is that everybody has fun and achieves together.It is your race so do it your way 

Who can take part : Everyone is welcome. All we ask is that all solo entrants and at least one of team participants has a disability. 

How: As long as the equipment is safe and registered with us, we welcome everyone to use whatever they need to complete the challenge. From Dinghys to buggies, from flippers to tow ropes anything goes. 

Please Note : Please remember to register everyone taking part or assisting in transition as part of your super team when you book – Superheroes & Sidekick buddies – as only those signed up as an official team member will be allowed on the course &/or in transition on the event day.
