Are we allowed to bring dogs?

Dogs are not allowed unless they are guide dogs.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

We do not refund your swim tickets, but you can transfer your swim to another day.

Can I transfer my season ticket to next year?

Unfortunately, you are unable to transfer your ticket to the following year.

Am I able to pause my membership and take the unused months across over to the following year?

Unfortunately, you are unable to pause certain months in your membership and transfer them to the following year.

What is the age range for the children's pool?

Babies through to children age of 8 are allowed into the children's pool.

What is the adult to child admission ratio?

All children under the age of 8 should always be accompanied by a guardian aged 16 years or over, this person may be responsible for up to two children who are non-swimmers. Guardians must maintain constant supervision particularly in the water and changing rooms. We advise that children under the age of 5 should be supervised on a one-to-one basis.

How much is a PAYG swim?

Adult: £7.00

Concession: £5.00

Family of 2: £8.00

Family of 3: £14.00

Family of 4: £16.00

Where can I keep my valuables?

We have lockers on site. You will need to purchase a locker token from reception for £1. 

Am I allowed to stay on sit after my swim?

You are able to stay onsite after your swim as long as it still falls within your time period. EG If you have booked an hour lane swim, you can swim for half an hour and stay on-site for the remainder of your hour slot. 

Do Season Ticket Holders get priority entry?

Unfortunately due to the new set-up at the Lido, we will be unable to offer priority entry, but due to the booking system, as long as you book a session, you are guaranteed entry.
