This session is for 2 people to have a shared induction. Our coach Laura will introduce you to safe cold water swimming and will ensure you know what to expect before you get in the water. You will learn how to do a safe, gradual entry and she will support you all the way, getting in the water with you. Her goal is to give you the information, support and confidence you need to get what you want out of your winter swims. Private inductions will last 45 minutes (please be aware you will not be in the water for the whole time!)
