Standard Distance - 6:30am or 7:15am start times - 1,500m Swim, 44.8km Cycle, 9.5km Run Limited spaces

Sprint Race - 8am to 10am start times - 800m Swim, 18.2km Cycle, 4.7km Run

Supersprint - 10:00am to 11am start times - 400m Swim, 9.2km Cycle, 2.3km Run

You must be aged 17 or older from 31st December 2024. This is a non-draft legal event. Entries close at 11:59pm on Tuesday 3rd September, which is also the deadline for alterations to entry. This event is non-refundable after the 31st August.

To participate in this event, you are required to become a member of British Triathlon and hold a race licence. Cheltenham Lido Aquathlon 2025

New for 2025 2000m Swim & 10km Run

A sporting challenge at the Lido suitable for all abilities. A fast swim/run event held over two distances which raises funds for Sandford Parks Lido. Designed for competitors aged 15+ on the Sprint Distance and 17+ for Standard and Long Distance who enjoy a personal challenge. The race starts with a swim in the heated main pool of the lido followed by a flat run on pavement, grass and parts of Sandford Park.

Sprint Distance Aquathlon - 500m Swim & 2.5km Run - 8.45am Start

Standard Distance Aquathlon - 1,000m Swim & 5km Run - 8.15am Start

Long Distance Aquathlon - 2000m Swim  & 10km Run - 7.30am Start 

Start times are subject to change, depending on entry numbers. Start times will be confirmed at least one week prior to the event!

The Lido is opening as the Cheltenham Lido for the very first time in our 90th year. Come and enjoy the Lido on our opening day. The entry fee of 2p will whisk you back to 1935 on our very first opening day and entry fee.
