Who is it for? Anyone who is interested in finding more peace in their lives. All age groups will be welcomed. No experience necessary, all you need to bring is an open mind and open heart and a desire to explore finding a more peaceful, joyful you.
120 plus minutes to just come and be. Enjoy the peace and serenity of the lido as like minded Individuals expand our awareness and fully recharge ready for the following week's endeavours.
