Mindfulness @ the Lido (4 Week Course)
Who is this for?
This is for anyone seeking better mental health or simply wanting to find more peace in their lives. All age groups are welcome. No prior experience is necessary—but if you are experienced, you’re welcome too! All you need to bring is an open mind and a desire to explore practices that support mental well-being.
What to expect:
Join us weekly for 120+ minutes to simply be—immersed in the peace and serenity of the lido, alongside like-minded individuals. Through a variety of mindful meditation techniques, we’ll explore the practice and art of presence, cultivating awareness and calm.

During sessions, you’ll have opportunities to learn more about mindfulness, reflect quietly, and engage in thoughtful discussion. Periods of silence and reflection are balanced with interactive moments to deepen understanding and personal growth.
