A Biathle is a fun, continuous multisport race that combines running and swimming — no breaks, no transitions between stages. It’s a free flowing event designed to test the individual, making it an exciting challenge for participants of all ages and abilities.
A typical Biathle format follows this sequence:
Run – Swim – Run
Competitors start with a run in Sandford Park, dive straight into Lido for the swim section, and then transition immediately back into the final run in Sandford Park to the finish line.
